24-th edition, september 2012
This survey presents the dealing with claims for monetary compensation by insurance companies in case of lost earning power during the last 55 years. Correct payment of claims for monetary compensation due to lost earning power on account of illness or injury generally appeared to be extremely low. A great difference was found between the coverage promised and the compensation actually paid. There are hardly any individuals who feel treated fairly (fewer than 20% of all cases). Some of the reasons are misrepresentation at the time of sales of the insurance, bureaucracy, poor legal protection of victims, errors and partial expertise. The law and regulations failed to correct this dysfunctional system and previous evidence in literature was covered up, but not restored. Now this evidence is presented again and in full, actual detail. Brought together by the steadily growing number of victims, as well as experts speaking up in the media. Until now victims have been shown mainly as exceptions with bad luck. Their insurance companies encourage them to seek protection and rulings by code committees or the courts. However, the laws and obscure procedures in fact help the insurance companies to pay out as little as possible. In this way victims and their families are often traumatized during a period of 15 years on an average. Hundreds of thousands of highly skilled workers are directly involved in the present procedures. They hardly realize the destructive effect of their work on society as a whole. This tremendous economic force can, however, be turned around in a positive way ... As a result of this survey everyone involved is encouraged not to pay the insurance premiums anymore but rather to start saving for themselves. Public and motor traffic insurance, however, are obliged by the law. This document is intended for healthy people and victims. It also tells its readers in detail what to do and what not. As all possible means up to the European Court have been exhausted the author has started to publish the names of surveyors involved. Fortunately, more and more people are becoming aware of the growing discussion about and around these victims. Insurance companies and politicians have problems bringing new concepts. Who will pay? This survey discloses all the details and presents the solution. Free Download in Dutch...
